Christmas delivery!
Our Christmas elves will be working up until the 1pm on 21st for all web orders. Any orders placed before 1pm on 21st will be dispatched same day.
All orders placed after 1pm on Thursday 21st December will be packed and dispatched when we return to the office on 2nd January 2024.

UK Delivery
Standard delivery is FREE for all UK deliveries over £30 in value.
For orders below £30, standard delivery is £2.99
Express Delivery is £6.95.
Standard UK delivery is by Royal Mail 1st class mail. Express delivery is by DPD.
For express delivery orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day.
Please note that express deliveries placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following day. Couriers deliver Monday-Friday. For example, an express delivery placed before 1pm on Friday would be delivered on Monday. A signature will be required when your delivery arrives.
Express delivery unfortunately is not available for delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands.
European Union
Standard delivery is £10.00 – Please note if you are ordering from the EU you may be subject to additional charges.
These include the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Rest of World
Standard Delivery is £10.00
We deliver to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available for selection on the delivery and cardholder address pages during the Checkout process, we are unfortunately unable to ship to your country.
How long does delivery take?
UK – Standard Delivery (1st Class Royal Mail) – within 3 days. Royal Mail aims to deliver 94% of all first class mail the next working day. However, it is not possible to guarantee this. Your order make take longer to arrive particularly around busy holiday periods.
Europe / Rest of World – Standard delivery is via Royal Mail Airmail and in general takes 3-10 working days depending on the destination country. In general delivery times are 2-5 working days for Europe and 5-10 working days for the rest of the world. Please note, Royal Mail rely on postal services around the world, which means they cannot guarantee a delivery date.
Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your United Oddsocks purchase. However, if you are unhappy with anything we offer a ‘no quibbles’ guarantee which means you can return it with no hassle.
Non-Faulty Goods
If you wish to return an item to us unused, unworn and in its original condition this must done within 30 days for a refund. Please send your items back to the address below or call +44 (0) 1582 882124/ drop us an email hello @sockacademy.com to find out any further information. All you pay for is the postage cost of returning the goods.
Faulty Goods
If the product you have ordered is faulty you have 30 days in which to return it. We will reimburse the cost of the return carriage of the goods.
We strongly recommend to obtain a certificate of posting if being returned by the Post Office as we cannot be responsible for returned goods which we don’t receive.

After receipt of your goods, we aim to issue refunds within 3 working days. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase only. Please note refunds can take 5 working days to clear from the point of processing.
