Christmas Hours and Shipping Dates

Our Christmas elves will be working their socks off to ship your orders up until 1pm on the 24th December. Any orders placed after this will be dispatched when we return to the office on the 4th January 2027.

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your United Oddsocks purchase. However, if you are unhappy with anything we offer a ‘no quibbles’ guarantee which means you can return it with no hassle. We do ask however for all returns to be made within 30 days after the order has been received. Please contact us or call +44 (0) 1582 882124 and we can register your return. All you pay for is the postage cost of returning the goods.

After receipt of your goods, we aim to issue refunds within 3 working days. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase only. Please note refunds can take 5 working days to clear from the point of processing.
