By placing and Order and purchasing goods from United Oddsocks you enter into a legally binding agreement with us on the following Conditions. You should read and understand these Conditions because they affect your rights and liabilities.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Conditions at any time. Please check these Conditions periodically for changes.
Ordering
These terms and conditions regulate the agreement between “you” the customer and “we” United Oddsocks. All goods which appear for sale on the unitedoddsocks.com website are advertised as invitations to treat, and no offer of sale shall be implied. Your order is an offer to buy from United Oddsocks. Nothing that we, United Oddsocks do or say will amount to acceptance of that offer until we actually dispatch an item to you, at which point a contract will be made between us. At any point until then we may decline to supply an item to you and you have already paid for it, we will provide a full refund already paid for that item.
To ensure that your credit or debit card is not being used without your consent, we may validate name, address and other personal information, supplied by you during or after the order process against appropriate third party databases. Transactions are completed using SSL secure technology. For further information please refer to our Privacy and Cookies policy.
You undertake that all details you provide for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct. In the event that you supply an incorrect delivery address, we cannot be held liable for goods not being received. If we are asked by you to re-send the goods, we reserve the right to charge you for the replacement package and will only reimburse if/when the original, incorrectly addressed package is returned to us.
The price of the Goods shall be the price set on the relevant page of this site. In addition to the price of the goods you will be liable to pay delivery charges as set out in the delivery section. The total price is inclusive of any applicable value added tax. Duty charges may be applicable for goods delivered in some countries, and this liability shall be borne by you.
Please note: When the “Translate” feature occurs on our website, product prices remain in GBP (£). However, the translation tool may automatically replace the “£” symbol with the local currency symbol of the selected language. This can cause confusion, but all prices displayed are charged in GBP regardless of the currency symbol shown.
Delivery
We use our reasonable endeavours to deliver goods promptly, but accept no liability of the delay in delivery for whatever cause.
Royal Mail Delivery – many packages sent by United Oddsocks will be too large to fit through a letterbox. Somebody will therefore need to be present at the delivery address to take delivery of the order. If delivery is attempted by Royal Mail and nobody is able to take the delivery, a card will be left and the package will be returned to the sorting office to await redelivery instructions or collection. If the package is not redirected or collected within the allotted time the package will eventually be returned to our warehouse. In this case a missed-delivery fee of £3.95 may be charged.
Courier Delivery – Heavy, high value and Express Delivery orders will be delivered by a courier and must be signed for by an adult. If delivery is attempted by a courier and nobody is able to take the delivery, a card will be left or an email/text message from the courier may be sent. The undelivered package will be returned to the depot to await collection or redelivery instructions. A second attempt at delivery will be made and a card left if necessary. If the package is still not collected or redirected within the allotted time the package will eventually be returned to our warehouse. In this case a missed-delivery fee of £6.95 may be charged.
Returns
Non-Faulty Goods
If you wish to return an item to us unused, unworn and in its original condition this must done within 30 days for a refund. Please contact us or call +44 (0) 1582 882124 and we can register your return. All you pay for is the postage cost of returning the goods.
Faulty Goods
If the product you have ordered is faulty you have 30 days in which to return it. We will reimburse the cost of the return carriage of the goods.
We strongly recommend to obtain a certificate of posting if being returned by the Post Office as we cannot be responsible for returned goods which we don’t receive.

After receipt of your goods, we aim to issue refunds within 3 working days. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase only. Please note refunds can take 5 working days to clear from the point of processing.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us or call +44 (0) 1582 882124. If your goods have been dispatched before cancellation you will be liable for the cost of returning the unwanted items.
The returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Liability
We attempt to ensure that the information available on the website at any one time is accurate. However, we assume no duty to update such information and cannot guarantee that it will be fault-free.
We do not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors or omissions in the presentation of goods on the web site and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods and products at any time. We will however do our best to correct any errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
We do not make any warranty that the web site is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties. This website may contain links to other websites operated and controlled by parties other than United Oddsocks. Such links are provided for your convenience and their inclusion does not imply any endorsement of material on such websites or any association with their operators
Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, we shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, for any loss of revenue or profits; loss of anticipated savings; loss of goodwill or injury to reputations’ loss of business opportunity; losses suffered by third parties; or any other indirect, consequential or special loss or damage regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, strict liability or tort (including negligence), which arise out of or in connection with the supply of the goods or their use or resale by you, and our entire liability under or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the price of the goods, except as expressly provided in these conditions.
The liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not affect your statutory rights.
Use of site content
The copyright, design rights and artwork on the web site belong to United Oddsocks. All other intellectual rights are reserved. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from this web site. You may only download to your personal computer or mobile device for viewing purposes and print out a number of pages for your personal use.
Due to the nature of selling via the internet and product variability, we cannot guarantee that the product colours will be an exact likeness as seen or as described. The colours and dimensions of the products portrayed are merely as a guide.
General
No waiver by us of any breach of the contract by you shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision. No term of the Contract is intended to confer a benefit on, or be enforceable by, any person who is not party to the Agreement (whether under the Contract (rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. If any of these Conditions is held by any court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable in any jurisdiction in whole or in part, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.
